Common questions
Who can advertise?
Any business that serves property owners, landlords, agents and managers in Ireland: estate and letting agents, property managers, builders, trades, cleaning, gardening, security, locksmiths, inspection services and suppliers.
How long does an advert run?
You choose one, two, three or six months on a monthly package, or a full year on a national package. The start date is the day your advert is approved. There is no automatic renewal — we remind you before it finishes and you can renew from your dashboard.
Does an advert appear in more than one county?
Monthly packages cover one county (or up to five with Multi-County). The annual National packages cover all 26 counties, so your banner is seen right across Ireland.
Can I change my advert while it runs?
The headline, description, offer and website link can be updated from your dashboard. The county or counties and the advertising period are fixed once payment is taken.
What counts as a result?
We count each banner shown to a visitor and each click through to your website, once per visitor per day. You see both figures for every advert you run.
Who reviews adverts?
The PPMS Direct team checks every advert before it goes live, so nothing misleading or unrelated to property is published on the site.
