Asset Preservation
Protect the value of a property that is empty, between owners or waiting for sale. We can arrange the upkeep and repairs that stop it deteriorating.
What we can arrange
- Agreed condition checks
- Weather-proofing and repairs to stop further damage
- Securing entry points where needed
- Garden and exterior tidy-ups where available
Work covers the agreed scope only and depends on location and availability. We work for property owners and their representatives, not for any public body.
