Yes. This service is for Airbnb hosts and short-term rental owners who need maintenance support and repairs organised, subject to the trades and availability in your area.
Can you help if I live away from my holiday home?
Yes. You can send us the details remotely. We call you, agree the work and price, arrange it and keep you updated, depending on location and availability.
Can you arrange emergency repairs before guests arrive?
You can submit an urgent request at any time and we will try to arrange help as quickly as possible. Attendance times are confirmed when we call and are not guaranteed. Emergency call-outs start from €150.
Can you inspect a vacant holiday home?
You can ask about scheduled visits and visible-condition checks. The scope is agreed in advance. A check is not a structural survey or insurance inspection.
Can you help with repairs after a guest leaves?
Yes. Tell us about the damage or defects and we can price and arrange the repair work.
Do you work with holiday-let management companies?
Yes. Management companies, co-hosts and multi-property owners can contact us to discuss suitable arrangements.
Can you manage maintenance for several properties?
You can discuss multi-property requirements with us. What we can offer depends on locations, scope and capacity.

We take requests from all 26 counties. Please contact us to confirm availability for your specific property and the work needed.
How much does holiday-home maintenance cost?
Pricing depends on location, the work, materials and scope. We give you a price for approval before work goes ahead. The only fixed charge is the emergency call-out, from €150.
